We have been using the same plumbing company for years. But on a Saturday when they claim to be open 24/7 & with no response after 4 left messages over a 5 hour span that we had a plugged sewer line and back up, we finally gave up and called Remi. Remi came right away and did not up charge us for an after hours/weekend call. He did a great job and we have had no problems. He was friendly and professional. We liked the work he did enough to ask him for a quote on some bathroom remodeling work and we will DEFINITELY be calling Remi back. 😊

One of the toilets in my house was flushing intermittently and I called my other plumber but he was super busy so he referred Jeremy to me. Jeremy was on time, polite, friendly, v professional and thorough in his work. He also checked few other things along with repairing the toilet. He took care of the problem and fixed it. His charge was very reasonable, did not rip off my budget at all. Thank you Jeremy! I would always be happy to refer him. Remy was very thorough in his rebuilding our older toilet. Not only did he fix it, he suggested a more affordable and less destructive route to go about it, seeing how the flange was using an older spacing standard from the wall. Thanks, guys!
